HF México's hurricane protection is a hurricane fabric system fitted over windows, doors and terraces before the storm. The fabric stops the wind-borne debris that breaks glass and depressurizes the building.
Unlike a rigid panel, fabric is flexible: it absorbs the impact by giving way and then recovers its shape. It is light, made to fit each opening and stored folded during the off season. When it is needed, it goes back up.

It pays to get a quote early, before hurricane season, which in the Atlantic runs from June 1 to November 30. Each fabric panel is made to measure, so it is not a last-minute purchase. Those who prepare calmly choose better and get their protection without a rush.
