1. Data controller

2. Personal data we collect
Only what you type into the contact form on this site: name, phone number, email address and the message itself. We do not collect sensitive personal data. Our server also keeps technical access logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and troubleshooting purposes.
3. Purposes (primary and secondary)
Primary: to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and contact you about it. Secondary: to send you information about our services and content. You may refuse the secondary purposes at any time using the contact details in section 8; doing so will not affect your enquiry.
4. Transfers
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. Your data is handled by providers acting on our behalf — website hosting, form automation and, where enabled, analytics — which may process it outside Mexico.
5. ARCO rights and withdrawal of consent
You may access, rectify or cancel your personal data, or object to its processing (ARCO rights), as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to the address or contact details in section 8, stating your name, how to reach you and what you are asking for. We will reply within 20 business days.
6. Cookies and analytics
The public site does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics or tracking tools. The only cookie is the session cookie of the private administration panel, which is never served to visitors.
